Monday March 11 and 18, 6-9pm
Simple yet stylish, this pattern makes for a great workshop for beginner sewists looking to step into the world of garment sewing! Students can choose to make one of two variations of the Inari Tee pattern: a loose-fitting, cocooned-shaped tee dress (which also features side slits and an uneven hemline), or a cropped A-line tee! Both versions feature short, cuffed sleeves. This stylish tee pattern calls for a non-stretch fabric (i.e. woven) or fabric with slight stretch (woven with spandex, or a stable knit like ponte or scuba), making quite the sophisificated tee! Specific techniques tackled in this class include learning how to set-in sleeves, cuffing sleeves, and sewing a facing.
