Supply List - Needle Felted Animals

Learn the basics behind needle felting by making adorable felted animals! This creatively open workshop will show you how to transfer raw wool into three-dimensional forms using only a couple ofsimple tools. Perfect for beginners, you will discover the tools and techniques to naturally create miniature soft sculptures. No sewing machine experience required. This class is suitable for kids ages 8+ if accompanied by an adult.

SUPPLIES REQUIRED:

Please be sure to bring the following materials and tools to complete your felted animal:

• 1oz of wool roving in a variety of colours
• fine and medium gauge felting needles
• a foam sponge
• a thimble (optional)

We sell fine and medium gauge felting needles, as well as multi-coloured roving packs here at Needlework. Your instructor Keiley will have some supplies and roving for purchase the day of the class as well.
