Take your sewing skills up a notch and discover all you can do with a serger in our revised Serger Basics 101 class! Sergers can be intimidating, but once you learn how to use this four (or sometime five) coned machine, you'll never go back to zig-zagging again! By the end of this 3hr class, students will understand the atanomy of a serger, the threading process, and how to adjust the settings to finish various fabrics.
This workshop is the required prerequisite for Serger Basics Part 2.

In order to ensure that each student receives enough attention to learn and complete a project in the allotted time frame, our classes are limited to 8 students (maximum) unless otherwise stated. A minimum age of 13 is required for all our classes. Students must have completed the Sewing Machine Basics class or have equivalent experience in order to participate in workshops that require the use of a sewing machine. Materials and supplies are not included in the class fee unless otherwise noted.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Space in our workshops are limited, therefore to reserve a seat in any of our classes a 100% non-refundable deposit must be received at the time of registration. You may register for a class in person, online, or over the phone (905-667-566) with Visa or Mastercard. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the class start date may use their payment as store credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start date forfeit their fee entirely. The class fee listed does not include HST.
